- we updated the kitchen for less than $500 by salvaging existing cabinets and original features (tin ceilings, moldings, etc…)
- fully renovated bathroom with modern vertical porcelain tile, salvaged existing tub by reglazing surface, and refurbished sink/mirror cabinets
- painted all walls and refurbished original tin ceilings
