- we worked off of the single large window exposing a stunning unobstructed Chrysler Building view
- completey reoriented the 400 square feet of space into a significantly more function space
- coverted the alcove kitchen into an alcove bedroom by adding partial wall complete with electrical and ventilation
- moved and updated the kitchen as the focal point of the apartment creating a dynamic multi-purpose granite counter center to the tiny space
- completely remodeled the bathroom
